5-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your House of Ambrina purchase! If something isn't quite right, you have a solid 5 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To help us process your return smoothly, we just ask that the item is returned in the exact same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

For Lightning-Fast Resolutions (Important): To ensure absolute transparency and to get your refund/exchange processed instantly without any delays, we kindly request a clear, un-cut unboxing video when you open your package. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, this video is your best friend—just share it with us, and we’ll make it right immediately!

How to Start a Return: Simply drop us a quick email at ambrinaofficial@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will gladly arrange a reverse pickup from your address or share simple instructions on how to send the package back. (Please note: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first cannot be accepted).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: While we try to be as flexible as possible, please note that we cannot accept returns on specific "Clearance Sale" items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get exactly what you want is to return the current item. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can simply make a fresh, separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds: Once we receive and gently inspect your returned item, we will notify you immediately. If approved, your refund will be automatically initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. (Please keep in mind that it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the amount in your account). If it has been more than 15 business days since your return approval, please reach out to us at ambrinaofficial@gmail.com and we will assist you right away.
