Shipping and Delivery Policy

Welcome to House of Ambrina. We are committed to delivering your beautiful sarees quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We deliver across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbees.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹[ 50 or 99 RUPEES ] is applied to all COD orders to cover additional courier handling charges.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier issues beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification To ensure a smooth delivery process and prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders may be verified via an automated call, SMS, or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled.

5. Missing or Damaged Parcels If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the delivery executive. Contact us immediately. Remember: An un-cut unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing or damaged items inside the package.
